Our mind is filled with scores of thoughts which fight for attention. Filtering negative thoughts and promoting positive thoughts require continued efforts. We keep on talking unnecessarily giving vent to our thoughts. Keep silent when needed. Recognize that silence is a very effective weapon and you can say a lot by not saying anything at all. Our inner world is very vast and the key to inner world is silence. By silently meditating , you silence all muddy thoughts and it has a calming effect on you. It allows your soul to be at peace with you and your thoughts. This calmness increases your body frequency , purifies your chakras and strengthens your connection with higher centers and God giving you intuitions and guides you towards your life purpose.
